  • If your insurance is not through LifeStore Insurance, contact your agency or carrier to file a claim.
  • After you file your insurance claim, contact your lender. They’ll provide important details on what do to with your check and the process to restore your property. If LifeStore Bank is your mortgage or commercial loan servicer, we have a financial interest in your property being repaired or paid off. We want to help you through the repair process to see that your home or business is restored to original condition if possible.
